Need a laugh? Try "Overheard in New York"

My girlfriend and I were in our home office this afternoon, each at our own desk working (or in her case, trying to find the end of the Internet), and every few minutes she would burst out in laughter. After 15 minutes of this, I finally had to see what was going on. When I asked her whats so funny and she replied:
Drunk guy: Here's hoping you're in Heaven ten minutes before the devil knows you're dead.
Drunk girl: What's that mean?
Drunk guy: It's an Irish toast.
Drunk girl: Oh. Well, here's to bread, eggs and cinnamon.
Drunk guy: Huh?
Drunk girl: That's French toast.

It's from this site, 'OverheardInNewYork.com'
With my curiosity piqued, I had to take a look for myself. Almost immediately I was nearly falling out of my chair with laughter. The idea behind this brilliant and hilarious stop in cyberspace is simple:
  1. Take all of those crazy, odd, and sometime obscene little conversations that make up NYC's white noise.
  2. Aggregate them all together.
  3. Publish the results for all of the world to enjoy!
With more than two and a half years worth of overheard conversations in their archives, OverheardInNewYork.com has plenty of LMAO content that will help lighten anyone's day. Here's another little jem from Dec 29, 2005:
Just Don't Spell It "Heil"

Law chick #1: I assume you passed the corporate accounting exam?
Law guy: Yeah, somehow. I couldn't get the balance sheet to add up so I just added $130,000 in cash to assets to make it balance. It was a total Hail Mary but it worked...Wait, can you do a Hail Mary at a Jewish law school?
Law chick #2: Sure you can. There's less interference.

Well, I think I'm going to go spend a little more time browsing their archives... enjoy!
