SpyDeny Says "Hello World!"

I don’t usually use by blog to pimp products, err... wait, sometimes I do. But it’s only because I really like those products and I want to share them with you, dear reader. OK, let’s get back on track...

SpyDeny Logo The super-smart consulting company I work for has just announced our first product, SpyDeny. In two sentences, SpyDeny fights back against web scraping. The product was developed to address a growing issue faced by web-enabled companies, losing data and IP to competitors through web scraping and harvesting.

Oh, and if you’re wondering who came up with that logo - it was me. I took a step out of my super-geeky comfort zone and tried on my designer hat. It was a good experience. I got to play with some cool tools like Inkscape to build the logo using SVG. Oh, and if you think it sucks... then do a better one and lets see it. :)

I should point out that Steve has exhibited some web design talent as well. He did some of the layout and design. A number of people have already commented on how great the site looks!
